    All About Qi

For instance, the charging beam is generated by a laser emitter configured to produce a focused beam in the near-infrared spectrum.
In many ways, a unified global wireless charging ecosystem makes it easier for emerging technologies to adhere to a specific set of functional parameters.
Many are those who would, for instance, want to charge up power banks, media players, and eBook readers provided that technology allows it.
Bear in mind that unlike Qi chargers, devices that incorporate Qi-ready receivers spend a much longer time in their development phase.
As you can imagine, this usually comes at some financial cost, albeit a justified one all things considered.
From wireless chargers to inductive-based batteries, there certainly is a need for wireless charging and energy-saving technologies.
All things considered, what we currently see in development at this point in time makes us genuinely hopeful and enthusiastic about the future of wireless charging
We see wireless charging impacting a large segment of the smart device market in a way that not many believed possible just a few years back when the technology first hit the market.
Seen as a fad at first, wireless charging has reached impressive standards in just a few years and it shows no signs of stopping any time soon.
If anything, it will be considered strange in just a few years’ time not to have Qi chargers set up for employees and visitors, even for small businesses with limited exposure to the general public.

For now, however, we should be glad that more and more devices integrate Qi wireless charging capabilities and that there are plenty of wireless chargers to accommodate them.
