All About Qi
We see wireless charging impacting a large segment of the smart device market in a way that not many believed possible just a few years back when the technology first hit the market.
You can also find wireless charging technologies in household appliances, each with its own particularities and unique specs. While originally the need for wireless charging was for phones and tablets only, the advent of new Qi-based batteries made it so that they can nowadays be built into all kinds of devices and appliances.
Although wireless charging is generally considered more practical and convenient for a variety of reasons, the fact of the matter is that even when used at low intensity, they still tend to heat up quite a bit.
It may seem like overly modernistic technology for some but long-range wireless charging is constantly evolving and improving every year. The very thought that you could charge a device without plugging it into a socket seemed so foreign just a few years ago, and yet, we nowadays enjoy a full bloom of wireless-charging smart devices and the technology seems to get even better by the minute.
