We ship our orders out from our warehouse in Niagara Falls, New York for the US through USPS. International Orders are shipped via Ascendia from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada. Orders are shipped within 2 business days from date of purchase. If your order has not been shipped on the same day and you placed an order before 12pm noon, please check your email inbox and spam folder as there may be an issue with your address preventing fulfillment. Orders outside the US can take up to 2 weeks for receipt of order.
